I. DELIVERY POLICY AT TALUVN.COM

taluvn.com is committed to providing the best shipping service with competitive costs for all orders placed by customers. We offer free nationwide shipping.

Delivery Time

• taluvn.com will deliver goods within the agreed timeframe once customers complete all ordering procedures. Delivery typically takes 1–5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), depending on the location.
• For bank transfer or credit card payments, order processing time begins once taluvn.com has received full payment.

Note: taluvn.com reserves the right to change delivery times without prior notice in cases of natural disasters or other special circumstances.

Your order will be delivered up to a maximum of 2 attempts. If the first delivery fails, we will contact you for a second attempt. If there is no response on the second attempt, the order will be canceled. After 2 attempts, the order will no longer be valid.

To check order information or status, please use the order code provided in your confirmation email and contact our customer service department.

Upon delivery, please complete payment and sign confirmation with the delivery staff. Then, kindly inspect the product for any defects or damages. If any issues are found, please keep the delivery receipt for further verification.

II. PAYMENT METHODS
